Delete your ORIZON account and data
Uninstalling ORIZON from your phone does not delete your account on our servers. Use one of the methods below.
In the app (fastest)
- Sign in to ORIZON.
- Open your account sheet (home) or Settings → Legal → Delete account.
- Confirm and re-authenticate (Google or password).
We then delete your Firebase Auth user, focus stats, subscription record we store, presence data, and feedback you submitted under that account.
Without the app
Email us from the address on the account via ORIZON Support and ask to delete the account. We may need to confirm it is you. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
Google Play subscriptions
Annual Pro is billed by Google Play. Deleting your ORIZON account does not cancel Play billing. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions if you still have an active subscription.
